Bloomin' Tea!

Recently my best friend and I went to a historic Tea House in our area for a short day trip. We sampled some teas, but the most amusing (and entertaining) was the "blooming tea".
This tea comes in colourful little balls:

Which you then put in a clear teapot/ tea infuser so you can watch the magic unfold :)

And this is the finished product which you can keep re-using for two days if stored in your fridge.
